Crane’s Mill Health Center Receives 5-Star Rating

Searching for a healthcare facility that provides five-star care in skilled nursing and sub-acute rehab just became easier for residents of the West Essex area. Last month, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded this highest rating, Five-Star, to the skilled nursing and sub-acute rehab units of the Crane’s Mill Health Center, located in West Caldwell. Crane’s Mill accepts direct admissions in our Skilled Nursing and Sub-Acute Rehabilitation departments. Our residents enjoy the comfort that comes from knowing if they have a surgery, illness, or other trip to the hospital, and are in need of rehab after, they come right home to Crane’s Mill and its exceptional rehabilitation department. Family Thankful for Father’s Care

We are proud to share this letter we recently received from a resident’s family. Our father passed away in his sleep at age 84 on Dec. 27. He was a resident at the Crane’s Mill Health Center, and while we are all sad at his passing, we are happy that he was well cared for, had minimal pain, and has joined our mother. We, his children, very much appreciated the care and love the Crane’s Mill staff showed toward our father.
