Many people are aware of the wonderful independent senior living accommodations at Crane’s Mill. But did you know that Crane’s Mill, as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, also has a full-service Health Center?

The Crane’s Mill Health Center consists of four levels of care:
- Assisted Living
- Memory Support
- Skilled Nursing
- Sub-Acute Rehabilation
Each area is specially designed to meet a person’s changing needs, and care plans are further tailored on an individual basis.
In Assisted Living, residents receive help with activities of daily living, which may include bathing, grooming, dressing, and managing medications.
Memory Support is a secure area within our Assisted Living which provides additional help, customized programs, and specially-trained staff for residents with memory loss.
Skilled Nursing provides 24-hour care specialized nursing care, a wide array of therapy options, special diets, social services, recreation, and more.
Sub-Acute Rehabilitation is open to Crane’s Mill residents and members of the outside community, and offers therapies including physical, occupational, cognitive, speech, swallowing, and more.
