The Crane’s Mill sub-acute rehabilitation department is rated five stars by CMS and provides residents and members of the outside community with the ability to complete their rehabilitation after an illness, joint replacement, hospital stay, or surgery.
The department’s focus is on the resident’s recovery, helping residents achieve long-term health and return to being as independent as possible.

Crane’s Mill In Motion, our outpatient rehabilitation department, offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy to Crane’s Mill residents and members of the general public.
