Crane’s Mill Residents Enjoy Active, Healthy Days with Friends While Northern New Jersey Faces Coldspell

While the Northeast copes with lows in the teens, Crane’s Mill residents enjoy highs with friends. As late January rears it’s ugly head here in Northern New Jersey, our residents’ social lives are heating up! They are staying active, healthy and engaged with one another and the friendly staff here at Crane’s Mill. This morning, our Activities Director lead a fun morning exercise class in Hinman Hall. Located in Towne Square, Hinman Hall is a short, indoor walk from every Crane’s Mill apartment, so it’s no wonder that the class was very well-attended. Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub on a Snowy Northern New Jersey Day

“Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!” That’s an easy song to sing when you’re relaxing in the hot tub or taking a morning water aerobics class in a heated, indoor pool! Yes, it’s a snowy day today here in West Caldwell, New Jersey. Yet, Crane’s Mill residents aren’t worried about shoveling snow or cleaning off their cars. In fact, we just saw a handful of residents enjoying the indoor pool! Talk about a perfect day for a swim. Staying Fit as the Weather Becomes Frightful

Yesterday marked the first snowfall of the year here at Crane’s Mill in West Caldwell, New Jersey. Along with the beauty of the snow on the ground come a number concerns, specifically for older adults.
