Happy New Year from Crane’s Mill!

Happy New Year to you and yours! Our residents are ringing in the 2018 in style. First, there’s a special New Year’s Cocktail Party in Towne Square. It’s an annual tradition, complete with passed hors d’oeuvres and a raw bar with ice sculpture. Then, dinner is served in the Candleberry Dining Room and Heartwood Cafe, where residents are welcome to bring the wine or spirit of their choice. Summer Breeze: Live Updates from our Sinatra-Style Event!

Be sure to check out our Facebook page for a number of fun updates from today’s event! Guests were treated to an outstanding lunch menu, including a choice of Chicken Francaise or Eggplant Parmesan, plus antipasto, Italian bread, pasta, veggies, and yummy Italian pastries for dessert! As for the entertainment, Stan Gilbert and his band did not disappoint. It seems like every month is now “national something month,” doesn’t it? With that said, here’s one we are happy to get behind: National Nutrition Month! Curious about dinner in the Candleberry Dining Room? It’s offered 7 nights a week from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Our residents can use their flexible meal plan to enjoy this restaurant-style dining experience every single night, but also have the freedom to choose to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the Heartwood Cafe. In the Candleberry, things are a bit more formal. Residents tend to dress for dinner as they would in a nice restaurant or on a cruise ship.
