Crane’s Mill Hosted Healthy New Year Event
Crane’s Mill, a continuing care retirement community in West Caldwell, sponsored a kick-off to a healthy New Year on January 15, 2014 for residents in the West Essex area. The program featured a healthy lifestyle theme, with an emphasis on diet and exercise.
Presenters included: Evelyn Minolfo (second from right), registered dietitian at the ShopRite of West Caldwell; and Maestro David Dworkin (center), of CONDUCTORCISE. After a lively presentation on healthy eating, participants enjoyed a natural and invigorating upper body workout while listening to the music of John Philip Sousa, Johann Strauss, and Mozart.
