A Crane’s Mill employee who helps make our residents’ dining experience a great one.
This week’s Neighbor is Pat Rhodes, an exemplary employee and good friend to residents and staff alike.
When you see Pat in the Heartwood Cafe, you know she will ask after your family, tell you a joke, and provide you excellent service. She knows everyone’s names, and knows their likes and dislikes, so she’s ready with residents’ favorites before they even has to ask.
Pat is a long-time employee who has been honored as a Lutheran Social Ministries Mission Champion.
