Making the announcement, LSMNJ President and CEO Colleen Frankenfield noted, “The level of commitment that Beth has demonstrated in positions of increasing responsibility, since she joined LSMNJ in 1998, was recognized by our leadership team. Her broad experience in senior healthcare and living and the many skills she brings to her new position will be valuable assets to the organization, as we move forward with enhancing our programs and services across New Jersey.”

Most recently, Beth served as vice president and executive director at Crane’s Mill Continuing Care Retirement Community in West Caldwell, NJ where she was responsible for the overall operation of the 48-acre senior community including 281 independent living apartments and cottages, a 66-bed skilled nursing/sub-acute rehab unit, 48 assisted living apartments, 18 dementia care apartments, and a wellness center.  Previously she filled numerous roles at Crane’s Mill including that of the health services administrator and earlier was employed by four other long term care providers.
