Towne Square Renovation

The community’s go-to hub for socializing, connected to every apartment home, underwent a complete renovation.

Known for its grand entrance, wood beams, and high ceiling, Towne Square has been a sight-to-behold for more than 20 years. When the time came for a renovation, many of those beloved features were carefully reimagined, giving way to a new Towne Square that is equally stunning and will serve residents and families for years to come.

The project, which broke ground in December of 2019, saw Towne Square torn down to the studs. Walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, fixtures, and windows are all brand-new, as are finishing touches including lamps, vases, and more.

Highlights include an abundance of seating areas, two gas fireplaces, a brand-new game room with big-screen television, and a modern four-sided bar that combines real-world accessibility with high-end panache!

With this second phase of the project now complete, Crane’s Mill continues reinvesting in the community with Sycamore I and II renovations beginning now. Corridors, lounges, and common areas are slated for a complete makeover … stay tuned for more!
