Residents Enjoy Fall Cooking Demo

A group of hungry residents recently enjoyed an autumn-themed cooking demo presented by our Executive Chef Rich Sutton in Center Stage.

The group enjoyed watching our chef slice, dice, and cook in a live Food Network-style setting, complete with overhead cameras and a big screen for a close-up look at the action. The chef took questions as he prepared a scrumptious menu including:

Acorn Squash Fries with Parmesan and Garlic
Brussels Sprout Slaw with Apple Cider Dressing
Quinoa Stuffing with Butternut Squash and Kale
