CAREGIVERS OF THOSE WITH DEMENTIA may be frightened, frustrated, and angry. They often feel physically and emotionally drained. The stress and sadness of losing someone you love, a little bit at a time, can be overwhelming. In this workshop you will learn coping techniques for the unique challenges of caring for those with dementia and, most important of all, you will learn to find joy in the time you share with your loved one.
