Crane’s Mill would like to wish all the grandparents and great-grandparents a very happy day! We owe a lot to our grandparents–from taking the time to listen and teaching us to fish or knit, to passing us that extra piece of cake, they provide comfort and support in a one-of-a-kind way. Guests filled Hinman Hall for ‘Thanksgiving Unstuffed,’ a special cooking demo hosted by Crane’s Mill executive chef Dominic Ackerman. Chef Dom walked the crowd through unique ideas for holiday leftovers including Turkey Pot Pie Soup, Turkey Endive Salad, and Thanksgiving Frittatas. Honoring our Veterans

Today is Veterans Day, and we pay special attention to a group of real American heroes. Please join us in honoring our country’s veterans today. They are responsible for protecting the freedoms which we all hold dear. At Crane’s Mill, many of our residents have served across the different branches of the military.
