So, what’s the story with these little houses? First off, they’re not exactly little…the five different floor plans range from 1,335 to 1,734 square feet each!

Each cottage features two bedrooms, living room, dining area, den and two full bathrooms. Perhaps the best rooms are the kitchens—they are open, airy and have adjacent breakfast nooks that are bright and beautiful. When we give tours, these spacious snacking spots typically elicit a “wow” reaction!

Also, each of our cottages include a private garage and patio area—truly providing a living environment that’s uniquely independent.

Best of all, cottage residents receive the very same services and amenities as all other Crane’s Mill residents including a flexible meal plan, daily exercise classes, indoor pool & hot but, state-of-the-art fitness center, activities, car & van service and so much more!
