West Caldwell Resident Thanks Crane’s Mill for Efforts

While many individuals living in the area may think of Crane’s Mill as a retirement community for independent living, there is also a wonderful Health Center that is part of Crane’s Mill.

Thanks to the Health Center, I have the peace of mind knowing that my mother had another very positive experience during her rehabilitation at Crane’s Mill – and this has been her third visit within two years.

We were pleased that the medical team was always available and answered all of my questions, as well as listened to my suggestions. While we found all of the staff to be professional and caring, one of my mother’s nurses, in particular, Djemila, always had a smile on her face, and whenever I needed assistance she would say, “I can do that for you,” whether it was her job or not. She was always there to help in any way possible. She is not only a wonderful nurse, but a beautiful human being. Another employee, Pat, from the dietary department always went above and beyond to help mom with her meals and her specific diet.

As you can probably surmise, we had a very positive experience, and I wanted to commend the staff for all that they do.
