A Very Special End of Year Message from Karla Traficante

Greetings –

As 2012 comes to an end, I can’t help but reflect back and smile. Although personally I experienced some turbulence, the one constant was the joy of coming to Crane’s Mill every day.

I will often tell people that although some days it is challenging to get here (traffic, bad weather, illness), the minute I walk through the doors, I know that I am at my second home! I feel an immediate sense of joy. We talk about joy around the holidays but how wonderful is it to experience joy every day?

This year began with health lectures and exercise programs, followed by Casino Day, Open Houses, Lunch & Learns, and Resident Appreciation Days. We topped off the year with our annual Horse and Buggy event.

All along the way, our residents supported our efforts to continue to bring them new neighbors and friends. After working in this industry for over 10 years, I have never met a more welcoming group of people. They embrace our new residents immediately and instantly make them feel at home.

I am truly blessed to be a part of something that is so unique and special. Thank you to my Crane’s Mill family for your friendship and support. I anticipate 2013 will be another wonderful year!
