This week’s neighbor is Richard Carter. Mr. Carter is well-known around campus as a friendly, kindhearted, and easygoing friend to residents and staff alike.
Mr. Carter is involved in so many campus activities including the Millstream newsletter, the library committee, model train room, and grounds committee. He can be seen exercising in the fitness center or walking our outdoor trails.
