What’s for Dinner in The Candleberry Dining Room?

Crane’s Mill in West Caldwell, N.J. offers residents the advantage of a flexible meal plan, allowing them to eat what, when and where they wish.

One popular option is the Candleberry Dining Room, the community’s go-to spot for formal dining every night. Each resident’s flexible meal plan allows enough each month to enjoy a 5-course meal at the Candleberry every night if they choose. Residents are welcome to sit any time from 5:00 until Crane’s Mill in West Caldwell, N.J.7:00 p.m., and no reservations are needed.

Diners are greeted by our host or hostess, seated and served restaurant-style by the friendly wait staff. SInce we are a small community, not only does the staff know our residents by name, they also know their likes, dislikes, allergies, aversions, indulgences, favorite tables and more!
