Residents Head to NJPAC to Enjoy the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra

Crane’s Mill residents are on their way to take in the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra…how are you spending your Thursday afternoon?

The Crane’s Mill activities calendar is always full of fun. Today, residents are off to a classical concert.

Just another ho-hum Thursday afternoon in West Caldwell … or is it? A number of residents are boarding a luxury coach to nearby Newark to enjoy the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.

Not a bad way to escape this cold, grey second day of Spring!

Those residents staying put are hardly sitting still. At 1:00, there’s afternoon dancing in Hinman Hall.

Then, we’ll see the symphony-goers return to meet up with their two-stepping neighbors for happy hour in the Cherry Blossom Lounge, a Thursday afternoon tradition here at Crane’s Mill.

Finally, residents will indulge in a restaurant-style dinner at the Candleberry Dining Room capped off by a personal favorite, Boston Cream Pie.

Ho-hum Thursday afternoon indeed! 🙂
