Guests filled Hinman Hall for ‘Thanksgiving Unstuffed,’ a special cooking demo hosted by Crane’s Mill executive chef Dominic Ackerman. Chef Dom walked the crowd through unique ideas for holiday leftovers including Turkey Pot Pie Soup, Turkey Endive Salad, and Thanksgiving Frittatas.

Everyone enjoyed sampling the chef’s dishes while sharing holiday traditions–new and old–with the group.
