Lutheran Social Ministries and Crane’s Mill Attend LeadingAge Conference

Key team members from Crane’s Mill Retirement Community and our parent organization Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey are in Nashville for the annual LeadingAge convention!

LeadingAge, a group consisting of 6,000 not-for-profit organizations whose mission is to expand the possibilities of aging, holds an annual conference to bring together and educate its members on the latest trends, opportunities, and challenges in services for older adults.

This year’s convention is titled Redefining Age, with a focus on the changing needs of the individual. As members of Leading Age, the team at LSMNJ and Crane’s Mill are excited to be a part of the conference to share ideas, learn new strategies, and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
