Crane’s Mill will be hosting a music appreciation course for the Adult School of Montclair, “A Trio of Treasures”, taught by George Marriner Maull. The class will be held on 3 consecutive Wednesdays—March 12th, 19th and 26th from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. The class will be held in Hinman Hall, the Crane’s Mill auditorium.
Registration is required. The cost of the course is $55.00 plus a $10.00 registration fee payable once per semester. Registration can be done online on the Adult School’s website (http://www.adultschool.org/) or by calling the Adult School at 973-746-6636.
Mill Club Members are able to attend the class at a discounted rate of $55.00. The adult school of Montclair waived the $10.00 registration fee as a discount to Crane’s Mill residents and Mill Club members. Course Description
Join George Marriner Maull, Artistic Director of The Discovery Orchestra and Emmy-nominated public television personality, as he guides you through three treasures from the classical music repertoire: Respighi’s The Fountains of Rome, “Hallelujah” from Messiah by Handel and “Jupiter, The Bringer of Jollity” from Holst’s The Planets.
