International Food Tasting Gave Residents a Culinary Trip Around The World

Cuisine from over a dozen countries delighted taste buds in Hinman Hall

Residents and guests enjoyed an international food tasting featuring over a dozen cuisines, hand-selected and prepared by our executive chef Rich Sutton. Coordinated by Nicole Smith, the community’s director of community programming, the afternoon showcased some cuisines familiar to the residents (Italian Bruschetta, Irish Soda Bread) and more exotic selections from Jamaica, The Philippines, and Brazil.
